Sotheby's 19th Century European Paintings sales offer a diverse range of schools, movements and styles from one of the richest and most varied centuries in art history. Held throughout the year, finely curated auctions take place in London, New York, Paris, Amsterdam, Milan and Zurich.

In London we offer both mainstream 19th Century European Paintings Sales together with a series of focused specialist sales celebrating the wide range of regional styles that flourished across Europe during the period.
